Simple Red Chicken curry

20 mins cooking time

Powder requirement

Cardamom powder 2 tsp
Elaichi 2
Cloves 4
Cinamon 2

Make a powder of above and mix with little of dry mango powder.

Marrination requirement:

Chilli powder 1tsp
Salt
Curd 3 tbsp
Chicken 1/2 kg
Marinate the above for 20 mins

Preparation requirements
Corriender powder 1/2 tsp
Oil (for the base..) 《tip: use less oil to make the base if health concious. Chicken's fat yields more fatty layer to curry》

Onion 2
Tomato 2
ginger garlic paste 2 tsp

Taste booster

Badam/pista/cashews 2-3
Milk 50ml
Grind the above together

Preparation

Heat a pan with oil and sprinkle cumin seeds

Put choped onion , curry leaves and fry till onion turns red.

Put little of gingwr garlic paste and fry for one min.

Put chopped tomatos, corriender powder and  amchur powder. Fry until tomato melts.

Now put the marinated chicken and leave for 20mins with lid closed.

Once chicken is cooked add taste booster mix well keep in stove for 2 mins.

Garnish the dish before serving
